Pros:

Cons:
- Sometimes the place where you attach the pulling shaft clips, metal parts in the harness are turning in their places because they are not round and after turning, it keeps the canvas of the harness in the same small place all the time. On normal skiing trip it does not matter but for a long expedition and with heavy load, metal put the pressure in the same part of the canvas and might wear it off at some point.
