It is similar to SPD pedals<\/li>\n<li>You can use any SPD compatible shoes with the counterpart<\/li>\n<li>Magnet is strong enough to keep your foot attached to the pedal, but it doesn&#8217;t get stuck llike SPD when you stop and forget that your foot is still attached to the pedal<\/li>\n<li>The other side of the pedal is flat, so if you use normal shoes without magnet, the counterpart is very comfortable to pedal<\/li>\n<li>You can walk with shoes without ruining floors because the counterpart is just a plate and doesn&#8217;t stick out from the bottom of your cycling shoe<\/li>\n<li>It is easy to service and spare parts are available including bearing, spindle etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Haven&#8217;t got any yet, but if we notice something, we will update it here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other info: We recommend 200nm magnet.
